Job Description: Attends pre-bidding and bidding conferences and other meetings that would clarify issued documents or concerns regarding a proposed project. Conducts Actual Site survey for the proposed mechanical installation requirements upon acceptance of Request For Action (RFA) form from Sales Group or other concerned departments. Makes a design/schematic diagram of the proposed mechanical requirements. Estimates the cost of implementing the proposed mechanical system requirements using local and imported materials. Makes the detailed scope of works for the proposed project that would include clarification or extent of works involved, considering site survey/s conducted and discussion/s or coordination/s made with the owner or his authorized representative. Interfaces with outsides vendors for equipment/components selection and installation. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics and computer-generated reports in generating design concept. Confer with other design team and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve design conflict, and provide technical information. Research and analyze customer design proposal, specification, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirement of designs or applications. Specify system components/equipment to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specification. Coordinates with the AutoCAD Operator in the preparation of detailed shop drawing and plans for a won project under the responsibility and turn-over accordingly to Project implementation Department’s representative. Supervises the AutoCAD Operators in generating “as-build” plans for the projects implemented and occasionally perform the task in the absence of the AutoCAD Operator. Performs other official task as may be assigned from the time to time. Job Description: Formulates, develops and implements structured cabling, and network infrastructure for medium to large network system. Attends biddings and meetings that would clarify any issue or concerns regarding the prospect project. Design Single Line Diagram and detailed layouts for Structured Cabling, Auxiliary System and Local Area Network (LAN) using Visio, Power Point, and AutoCad. Conducts actual site survey/inspections to examine the facilities, site condition and gather all the requirements needed for the design Provides queries for the unclear or incomplete information. Prepare a design based on the client requirements. Estimates the local and imported materials needed for the Structured Cabling, Auxiliary System and other Low Voltage System installation requirements. Coordinates with the CAD operator in preparation for the shop drawings and plans of the winning project. Providing all the details needed to finish and assure that all the plans are printed and completed before he/she gives to the right personnel. This will apply for on-going and as-built plans. Coordinates with the clients or client’s representative on the start of implementation for the awarded projects. Ensures that all materials, plans and scope of works has been approved by the sales to the end user before implementation. Ensure completeness of estimate base on the TOR or Client requirements. Job Requirements: Graduate of BS Electronics Engineering With at least 2 year work relevant work experience Knowledge in structured cabling, CCTV and Access control License/Certification: Licensed Electrical Engineer (Required)
