Hands-on experience with ERP or CRM systems (ERPNext preferred). Experience in IT services, systems integration, network infrastructure, or engineering projects is a significant advantage. Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Candidates from an IT or Engineering background with systems integration experience are strongly welcome — the company sells integrated technical solutions, and the ability to read a client's requirements accurately matters more than a marketing-specific degree. Job Summary: The Technical Sales Engineer is responsible for attaining monthly, quarterly or annual sales objectives within the assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services. Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Engage with prospective clients to understand their technical requirements and challenges. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the features and benefits of our solutions. Provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle, addressing client inquiries and concerns. Develop customized solutions and proposals based on client needs and industry best practices. Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to enhance product offerings and support sales initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and resource.
